I have been running windows xp an decided to use linux red hat but i have a linksys wireless router an i can not install drivers because its windows based can any1 help me? But for now i am on xp but if any1 knows how to help out i can just swap hard drive that has linux on it

You don't need drivers for a router. They are a seperate piece of equipment and operate independantly of your computer or it's operating system.

What kind of problems are you having? it's probably related to something else.

Perhaps you need to get drivers for your wireless adapter? if so, linksys uses prism2 chipsets, so you will need the Linux-ng-wlan drivers. Go here: http://www.linux-wlan.com/index.html and you can find the drivers to get your wireless network card working.

whats the model and manufactuer? That is the problem you probably need to recompile your kernel for support. A lot of new wifi cards dont have native linux support yet. Also this needs to be moved to linux.
