Theres alot of search engines out there, one of which is "MetaCrawler".

I was recently told about a link that allows you to see peoples search querys live,

http://www.metaspy.com/_1_283IT2507232VY__info.metac.spy/metaspy/unfiltered.htm

I searched the MetaCrawler site for awhile and didn't find any links to the above page. The page shows all the recent searches done by people, I'm unsure of the legality involved in this, but I assume the site has a colorfull privacy policy.

Anyway, after about three minutes of watching peoples searches, you start to see some sick shit, such as pedophiles searching for kiddie porn, or people searching for warez, or people looking for a weather forecast of Russia.

Its very interesting to watch,

First, maybe they just added it, but if you goto metacrawler.com, right in the center of the page, below the search, is the MetaSpy banner.

You may also find THIS interesting. They are watching...

I remember Webcrawler used to have something like this... I also remember looking for the link later with no luck.

Yup, the first thing that came up on metaspy when I checked was "ilegal giels"...

THX jonconley for the searchenginewatch link!
