no one used HTML. It was all done with UBB code. Smaller images just means someone made a small image then linked to it. See the below code

RedMage yep, lots of posts are useful to lots of different people. I think UGN is all about variety, and different people. Like the hacker twix in the mix:) I love the off topic, VIP, and phreaking sections. I read the news areas regularly. the site news to find out what's up. I go into general, and the security/OS areas to help. I know for sure that a wide variety is pwn.
