Russe: I rarely send or get faxes so it is not a worth while expense for me

Howard P.: If however, you still feel that you do not have any use for our services by the end of the free two months credit period.In this case you need to just contact us once and let us know your decision that whether you wish to continue or not and we will process your request immediately.
Russe: Cancel my account now please
Russe: I have not had a fax since August when I opened the account
Howard P.: Since you will not be charged any monthly fees for the next two months you may keep the account till then. If at all you find that you need our services during this period, then you will still have the account. If however, you still feel that you do not have any use for our services by the end of the two months credit period, then you can always contact back anytime.
Howard P.: You will just need to contact us once before your next billing cycle on 2nd week of Jan05 to confirm whether you need our service or not.
Howard P.: As a good will gesture to continue our association I will offer you an additional gift balance of $10 along with the monthly credit which will enable you to send up to 100 additional fax pages free of cost.
Russe: I want my account closed out fully now

Howard P.: Fine , I understand your point of view, however, since you have already paid for the current billing cycle, I would suggest you to keep and use the account atleast in 2 months credit period. In this 2 months credit period, if you feel that the fax number does not serve your purpose, you can get back to us immediately as we are available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Russe: CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
Russe: This is like canceling AOL
Howard P.: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. I will close your account right away, however just for my reference with your kind permission, may I ask you why do not wish to take the advantage of such a good offer?
Russe: Because I will not use it.
Russe: Because I do not want to have the account any longer
Howard P.: It could indeed be very useful(as we have found so, with many customers) to keep the account during this period to see if the need ever arises for our services. If so, you will still have the account. If not, then it certainly won't hurt to keep it during this period. You can always contact us back at the end of this period and inform us of your decision to continue with the service or not.
Russe: Because I do not want to go through this again on a later date
Howard P.: Okay ,Russell. I understand your concern, in this case, as a special consideration, I will credit your eFax account with two months fees and will also make an adjustment for you so that it will automatically get closed on at the end of the credit period without any further action on your part.
Russe: Look I will ask 1 more time before I track you down and report this conversation to the Better Buissness Bureu in your area
Howard P.: Alright,I will cancel your account immediately.
Russe: Close my account effective Today

Howard P.: This is the affirmative confirmation that your account has just been cancelled and all your account information has automatically been deleted by our system.
Russe: I will of course receive an email confirmation?
Howard P.: There is no email confirmation as such. Best way to get confirmation is through this chat session. I confirm, through this chat that your account will be closed as of today. I will also make a note regarding the same in our records for reference.

Freaking ass! I hate places that give you a rash of crap when you try to cancel an account. It like, "Thanks for not missing a payment. We are glad you helped us get paid, now let us harass you a bit to thankyou"

I hate dealing with people like that.
The worst is when the actually call you can keep talking and talking, everytime you say no, they try to convince you that there giving you a sweet deal etc...

Till the point when u just hang up on them.

That conversation should have been done when he asked you why u didnt need the service anymore. Then should have said OK, and cancel it.
