Ok let me be the first one to complain, is anyone else annoyed by that damn gum ball, or crystal ball crap that comes out? damn that thing comes out everywhere! you click, it pops up,click POP, click POP, grrr, well not all the time but It comes out often makes me want to break through the monitor with my hand, grab it throw it on the floor and step on it!well nothing much can be done about it I guess but its just annoying <img border="0" alt="[Pissed]" title="" src="graemlins/pissed.gif" /> sigh... I feel better.

servedby.advertising.com ads no longer works on my computer. I don't see ads, I don't see popups, I don't see killer gumball machines...

lol... their all random, and pay for the site, so unless the store gets popular or we have more active of a store, or you all can find a better company to go through it'll lstay as it is.

Its funny though, I made the store up how you all wanted it hearing "if you do this i'll buy one" etc, yet after I do it no one buys anything.

dunno olosoft, I did notice that while in 9x the hosts file is under the windows directory, in Win2k it's under config drivers or whatever. Also, there's another file in that same folder with the hosts file that is rather interesting. You know how netstat can resolve ports to their service names? Well, it takes that info from one of those files in that folder. I've modified that file to customize/upgrade what netstat displays. I wonder what other programs uses it.

I assume that somewhere in the API you can get a service name for a port and it would be based off of the contents of that file.
