Analyst Roger Entner reports a new Motorola music playing phone "Rokr" using iTunes like Apple's iPod, that will be available via Cingular, with 512MB or 1GB of storage. It is unclear if the music would be downloaded via wireless services or from a computer.

Speculations about a new gadget began when Apple sent invites for a press conference on 7 September. Later Motorola admitted iTunes phone made with Apple to be on sale shortly.

It's original debut on the German Cebit technology fair in March was delayed.
Many other mobile phones already have music players and can store tracks on memory cards.
