By the end of 2005 the U.S. plans to cut military presence by 12500 troops according to a statement released by the U.S. military in Seoul.

The statement coincided with start of talks between S. Korea and the U.S. on the issue of moving U.S. troops further south away from thee N. Korean border.

North Korea has thus far remained silent on news of the planned withdrawal.

Anyone of you who might have a chance of being drafted or serving in the millitary might want to follow this. I have long said the ugliest war we could get in would be with North Korea. This is VERY good news. I say pull the hell out as fast as we can.
