HELSINKI/NEW YORK (Reuters) - Nokia and Microsoft Corp took the wraps off their most powerful smartphone on Wednesday, but the new Lumia failed to impress investors, and shares of Nokia, which once dominated the cellphone market, plummeted 13 percent.
