SAN DIEGO (Reuters) - Qualcomm Inc will begin selling its "Toq" smartwatch, a wrist-worn device that can play music and handle phone calls and messages, in the fourth quarter, marking the chipmaker's entry into the consumer electronics and wearable computing arenas.
