Can anyone help me with this? There is a website where i look at certain things at real time speed(no not voyer!), but now when I go to access it I get a messege to download microsoft virtual machine. The auto updates will not update this for XP. It this a certain EXE for opening certain applets or something? I cant download it from microsoft because all I find when I search is patches for developers.

Virtual Machine was removed from the automatic windows xp update. I don't know why, but I think it's explained on the website.

It was because of an issue between MS and Sun... you can still dl it from sun's site. Look for the Java 2 Runtime Enviroment.
