SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Start-up Ineda Systems said on Tuesday it received $17 million in funding from investors including major semiconductor industry players Qualcomm and Samsung Electronics, as it designs low-power chips for smart watches and other wearable computing gadgets.
