I'm an newbie....I don't want to crack the homepage...I have readed about 60 Tuturials and 2 bocks, about hacking homepages....But never got the answers i m serching for....Did you newer asked someone about anything......Everyone was an newbie....even the ELITE........If u dont know the answer then don't say anything
I got this in my Private messages inbox. It pertains to this

http://www.undergroundnews.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=000183

Alrighty, let me start with I am sorry. I am hardly ever mean to you newbies. it is REALY funny you sent this to me Kickfoot. I have helped more newbies than you can count, and I have no doubt you can count high. I created a whole site to help newbies.

That said......

You lame ass anti-1337 idiot! What you want to know how to do is wrong and illeagle. All it proves is you are an ass hole if you ever did do it. You will end up hacking someones page that is themselves learning. Why should I teach you shit. What if the page you mess up is someone I taught how to make a web page.

You read a lot of books... Good cause that is how you will find out what you want to know. Like most of the other decent members here. We read. Send me a P/M crying like a school girl again. I'm sure the guys around here can use another laugh.

here is a site you will look cool on.

Those books are available in libarys... You just need to know what to ask for . Most book stores would have them though.

You're not gonna find anything like Hacking Exposed or Maximum Security, but they have plenty of books on networking, TCP/IP, and unix.

I can see the employees face = (

Btw pergesu i dont think it would go to his mind to look at those books because he made a thread recently asking what Unix was

Just shut the fuck up man. This is exactly what you asked.

see for yourself

http://www.undergroundnews.com/cgi-bin/ubbcgi/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=000183

First off you are asking all wrong.

How do I hack "an"(you mean "a")homepage which is placed on a private server.

Lets pick this apart shall we.

Homepage should be webpage
placed should be stored
and by hack you mean gain write privillages too.

Look it is not like me to pick on a new guy like this so I am going to help you out a bit. First off black hat hacking is not something I will help you with. There is such a thing as hacking to learn and not to make a statement or be cool.

Do it to learn and I will help. Show off and piss off. Black hat is purely bad. Like destroying a site, or viruses that sort of garbage.

Wana learn some stuff I can help some.

First off dealing with the above.

Telnet,
exploits,
HTML,
Apache,
Unix,
IIS,
Windows,
FTP,
Brute Force,
trojan, virus

Read up and understand all of the above like you understand your ABC's. Then you will be ready to hack a server. Not being mean, but you are not there, and will not be there for at least a year or 2 judging the way you worded your question.

If you want to learn, and you would like respect around here start learning stuff you can sort of talk about now.

Start with Linux or telnet.

Linux Links:

http://www.linux.org/lessons/
http://linuxnewbie.org/
http://tldp.org/
http://linux.box.sk/

Good newbie Linux distro's
Mandrake Download page
http://www.linux-mandrake.com/en/ftp.php3
Red Hat 8.0 ISO's
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/8.0/en/iso/i386/

Now you are saying, WTF would I want to learn Linux. I want to hack. WELLLLLLL.... Linux is basicaly Unix, Unix is the operationg system of about 80% of the internet. That number counts servers, Routers, etc etc etc. Chances are the server you are intrested in is running some flavor of Unix. Linux happenes to be very cheap or free. Unix is highly expensive. So learn Linux and you pretty much learn Unix.

I belive Linux and the BSD's are based off system IV where as true UNIX is system V. Might want to read up on Unix history also. There you will see a tie between hackers and phreakers and Ma Bell.

Telnet

You HAVE to learn telnet if you ever want to gain remote access to any box.

about the protocol
http://protocols.com/pbook/tcpip7.htm#TELNET

some commands you will need to know
http://www.mcsr.olemiss.edu/unixhelp/tables/telnet_commands.html
http://www.jbmelectronics.com/telnet.htm
http://simplythebest.net/info/telnet.html
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/treeview/default.asp?url= /technet/prodtechnol/winxppro/proddocs/telnet_commands.asp
http://www.pccontrolanywhere.com/help/telnet2.htm

Now telnet is big and vast, the commands will differ depending on

1.) What type of OS you are connected to
2.) What server is on that OS
3.) What application on that server you are messing with.

This is a great telnet starter lesson
http://www.lameindustries.org/tutorials/exploringtelnet/index.shtml

Read all that and get back to me. Either read it all or you get no help from me.

ha ha ha ha Yea you know me, a big jerk.

Now some of you will say why did you help him. If you read I didn't help him hack the server at all. Instead I am putting out good info he needs to be a good member around here. If he dose read up on every thing I posted he will be above many. Not all mind you, but many. He will also know where to go to get most of the info he needs.

Kickfoot, I probably gave you more info in the post above than anyone else has given you yet. I do like to help newbies. However I can't stand when they come in and basicaly say

"Hey will one of you put yourself in harms way to help me do something childish."

If you want to learn A LOT you are on the right site. But people will let you know when something if not right. Keep a thick skin and be willing to work and you will learn a shit load.

BTW 2 searches you MUST book mark

http://www.google.com
http://promodtecnologies.com/rrfn/RRFN.php

The last on I run. It was set up for newbies.

RRFN = Required reading for newbies. If gizzy is ever intrested I will give him a copy of the database to have a similar search up here.

"Hacking Web Programs Exposed" is a book I saw in Walden Books at the mall last week. Among other titles were "A Complete [email protected]'s Handbook: 1st and 2nd Edition" (Aimed towards newbs) and "Web Hacking." They probably suck some ass though. Just thought I'd share.

It is not, and prolly never will be, possible for YOU to hack a homepage placed on a private server. For the portion of the human population who is willing to read and learn a thing or two it is possible, but you should just give up now and go take up stamp collecting or get a pet rock. I'm thinking those are more your speed.

[shit]

I did answer your question. God damn it. Look kid all the stuff I listed is what you would need to know inorder to hack into a private server.. Aren't all/most servers private. I mean I never heard of a public server where anyone can go in and change web pages. ha ha ha

I listed some thing you need to know. There is much more. What you know now will only hack you into a cell with bubba for about ten years.

Any time you connect to someone's server without permission it is illeagle. You don't even realise I answered your question. It is ike this.

If hacking into a server were compared to breaking into a musem to steal a painting, You would not be wearing black..

Instead you would be in Neon Orange, with pots and pans slamming together and a bull horn on announcing where you have been.

If you broke into a server now that is what it would be like.

All the info above MIGHT help you not look like amature night on the net. There are many ways to hack, Many paths to take. One will not allways work. You MUST read a shit load to ever make any progress.

If you still don't get it...

You are an oxygen thief. Just DIE!
