In a continuing effort to win UN votes for the passage of the new US-British resolution, it has been revealed that the US intelligence services have begun an aggressive surveillance operation on UN Security Council Members.

The operation involves the interception of home and office phones and e-mail of UN delegates in New York. The delegates specifically targeted include Angola, Cameroon, Chile, Mexico, Guinea and Pakistan. These "Middle Six" votes are still undecided.

A leaked memo from senior NSA officials giving credit to the story is available at the source.
