A solar-powered bus, hooked up with wireless internet access, will drive around the streets of Sydney, Australia and be accessible to the city's homeless kids. The bus will drive around five nights a week for 8 hours, starting at 4pm.

The programme, called StreetNet, will be run by the Salvation Army and the bus will also have a staff member from Centrelink on board for the first few weeks of the programme, to be replaced by an Oasis staff member.

These people will be able to help the homeless youth with things like job searches and counselling. The solar-powered bus has been provided by Mitsubishi Motors and is equipped with five Dell Australia laptops.
