I am new to the whole hacking and virus thing but i just wanted some tips on how to create viruses. Just the ones that freeze up the computer and display a custom picture.. some one please help me.

firstly, u need to know how to program. secondly, UGN does not promote malicious coding as most of its programmers dedicate their time and effort to constructive projects.
secondly, the 'hacking and virus' thing as u so artfully put it cannot be broken into small managable pieces so u can ONLY learn about freezing other peoples computers.
thirdly, if u took the time to read the otehr posts on the boards, u would have noticed that a post like this would have either left ur nut-sack shrinking after a telling off by Infinite or your post would have been moved to the BoneYard.
As i am one of the nicer staff (and despite what others may tell u, also the most attractive) i will kindly tell u to read up tutorials in relation to programming, (ul find Sintax is doing a nice section on PHP/MySql) write out a program of ur own, and if ur having problems with ur code, submit ur problem and the tech team will do their best to flame/help u.
