Ok, what you do is, you click start, then choose run, type CMD, now do CD c:\windows\system and type del win.ini, then reboot, your virus scanner should recognise that wink .

this is about the most idiotic thing i have ever heard, the point of a virus scanner is to keep viruses away, why the hell would you bring one in on purpose.
