Anyone play it yet? Post your comments.

I played the first 12 missions (with 48 total). I thought it would be like Grand Theft Auto directed by Guy Ritchie, but it turns out that it is Driver mixed with a little Devil May Cry...directed by Guy Ritchie. The game really is more like Drive than GTA.

Things to notice:
There is no HUD. Some people may not like this, but I think it is awesome. There is no health meter, so you have to guage how much life you have left in you by the blood on your shirt and the way you walk and move. And of course how many times you got shot.

You don't have to worry about how much ammo you have, because reloading is quick, and assuming you can kill your enemy you can get his gun. Duel 9mm is the most common weapons you will have, so far.

There is no crosshairs. For shooting enemies, you use lock on shooting. For manual shooting, you know where the bullet will hit because it always shoots right behind the tip of the gun.

No map. No floating arrows. When you are driving, it uses left and right blinkers to tell you where to go. This isn't as easy as having a dot on a map, but once you get the hang of it it's easier, and especially if you remember where things are.

The graphics are beautiful. There are reflections of trees and sky on the cars, which are all real cars by the way. There are alot of hatchbacks. This is how you know which cars are good. If it isn't a hatchback, or the car you use in the very first mission, then it is good. The Lexus is a good and common car.

There are some things that suck. No jumping. No camera control. The L1 button doesn't do [censored]. There is no left, right, or back looking in cars.

Each mission is basically driving to a location, then shooting things. It doesn't get old until you have to do the same mission over and over again cause you keep screwing up. Or that [censored] Yasmin won't get back in the [censored] car because she is too busy shooting at some punter who's way out of range. And yes, the passenger's side door is clear and there is nothing in the way.

The map is modeled after real London. Yes, real streets.

There are some stealth missions. Some of them you have to be stealthy, some of them you are just supposed to be. In the Polic Station, you are supposed to be stealthy. I chose to get a gun, and kill everyone inside.

Pedestrians dive into you way if you drive on the street. If you drive on the sidewalk they hug the walls and hope you don't swerve. The only reason not to hit pedestrians is they slow your car down for a second.

If you own a PS2, liked GTA or Drive, and enjoy the movie Snatch or The Boondock Saints, buy this game. Renting it is like an appetizer. You will like it enough to buy it, don't waste 4 bucks renting it.
