Sounds like an issue with your Zone Alarm. Try finding a more specific error in the logs, and then use google or zonealarm site from there.

It means the True Vector engine which comes with ZoneAlarm/ZoneAlarm Pro has crashed and needs to be restarted, it happens to me all the time, just means it encountered an error and turned it needs to be restarted (though it's stupid it doesn't do it on it's own)...
