A link to the good ole w3! l33t site.

I've always prefered to go straight to the source whenever I want to learn anything.

Other than that, a good site that goes over cross-browser webdesign/issues is also a smart choice to visit.

I can't remember where I used to visit. It was so sweet, you'd see all the objects and properties that goes along with every version of IE and NN as well as the HTML tags and properties.

http://www.idocs.com/tags/frames/frames.html <---frames...it's a must for decent site.

I also wrote up a few HTML notepads showing me examples of tables, frames, ect ect for when i first started so that I could quickly look at it if I forget.
