The post dates aren't showing up in the individual posts. So you can't see when the last person posted. Case in point - The MSLinux thread, where Gizmo said, "Jesus christ, bringing up a thread that's 9 months old?" or somethin like that. But you can't see the dates and times of all the posts anyway.

Also, from the main bulletin board page, you can see who posted something last. Go into a particular forum, though, and it doesn't show the person who posted the last in individual topics. It's been this way for a while now...

The second option I took out to make the page look more streamline, I could enable it if I wanted.

The first option, I can see everything fine, their on the individual posts, IE:

Talked with Gizmo, and it turns out all you have to do is clear the cookies.

Go to my profile, click "Delete all cookies set by this forum," and log back in.
