Well I wanted to share this cause this is good news. AFter being at my new job for about 2 months now I applied for a escalations/manager type position. Had my interview on Monday (the guy came and got in the middle of my shift) and then yesturday I GOT HIRED ON!!!!! Icey got a promotion!!!

granted it's only $1 more and hour but my bonus is higher and on my 91st day the company I'm outsoursed to will hire me on as one of their employees. Job stability here I come!!!!!

Well done Icey! Promotions rock and just think how much more that dollar will give you a year.

i also get a total of $600 for my first 3 months in bonus just for doing the job and the dollar does add up cause at the moment i only work 25 to 35 hours a week. with this promostion i'll be doing 40 plus hours...
