to grow plants you need soil, water, and sunlight. also you need stuff like "miracle grow" for nutrients.is this really necisarry?are there any organic methods?

All plants require water, sun and soil. Nutrients need not come from Miracle Grow, get some good potting soil and you do not need the Miracle Grow.

If you are referring to an organic method as opposed to Miracle Grow you can get manure. That is as organic as you can get. Essential all the plant needs are nitrogen and phosphate, which happen to be the two main ingredients in fertilizer.

or you could grow them hydroponically. that is.. in all water for those of you who don't know. read this if you are interested in it. http://www.ext.vt.edu/pubs/envirohort/426-084/426-084.html it works well for the kinds of plants i think you're talking about.
