I need a cdrom for an older emachine.... between speeds of 24x-40x should be fine, im tired of swaping drives to use a cdrom in the damn thing.
Ill spend about 10-15, maybe lil more, dunno... on a budget right now.

Any online computer store will have them for like $10-30.
