IRC4 Back & IRC5 Upgraded - 03/18/05 07:41 AM
IRC4 made it's way back into our hearts today, and oh what a day, on St. Patties 
... The new location for IRC4 is California (Hostik).
IRC5 was upgraded today as well (Unreal IRC 3.2.3).
Also, services should be migrated soon from Cygnus (the Cygnus project is practically dead with no updates for the last 2+ years) to Anope (which is updated often).
