The IRC servers (IRC2/IRC3) are being upgraded tonight to the latest build of UnrealIRCD (3.2.1).
Please note that there may be a small outage on both of the servers and services during re-configuration.
Also note that SR's server (IRC1) will be down until he is back from HAWAII. Also our new server (Gizmo's server (IRC4)) should be finished and running by December.
