A lawsuit has been launched against computer giant Apple after Irate iPod nano users claimed that the company had knowledge of the device's defective screen prior to the launch of the credit card-sized music player.

A class action lawsuit was filed by consumers claiming that the nano scratched "excessively during normal usage" due to the layer of protective resin being too thin.

According to the Irate Apple consumers Apple concealed the defect and advised class members that they would need to purchase additional equipment to prevent the screen from scratching excessively."

Yes but that is thier model. Apples is to please thier users. I do not think this will kill thier client base. Far from it, but they should be careful not having the market majority. iPod is one of thier biggest marketing/sales sources. They should not toy with users on this device.
Well said Sintax
I do however find it funy tht apple deamed the fdd a dead tech already :x...
