i was curious if anyone kenw a good place to get filters for graphics programs. i'm mainly looking for one's for the gimp. but photoshop or photoimpact or paintshop pro one's are good too. i figure most of those will require money though. more specifically i'm looking for one that takes an image, and makes it look cartoony. i know i've seen them somewhere. i believe all they do is brighten it up, thicken up some lines (define edges) and blend the colors to a smaller pallette. only problem is that i dont' remember where i saw it.//
