US Judges suspend "do-not-call" registry - 09/27/03 06:13 PM
Not exactly hackish, but phone and privacy related, nonetheless. The registry is the list of numbers supposed to be blocked from telemarketing calls, and is maintained and enforced by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
