Heather Specyalski is on trial in Connecticut on manslaughter charges because she allegedly caused a fatal car crash in 1999. Prosecutors say she was driving the vehicle which veered off the road, killing Neil Esposito who also was in the same car.

Specyalski says she cannot be guilty of manslaughter because Esposito was driving while she performed oral sex on him. Her attorney, Jeremiah Donovan, notes Esposito was found with his pants down after he flew out of the vehicle to his death.

Attorney Maureen Platt counters: "His pants could have been down because he was mooning a car he was drag racing. His pants could have been down because he was urinating out of a window. His pants could have been down because he wasn't feeling well."
