Attorney General John Ashcroft and FBI director Robert Mueller will speak Wednesday, May 26 regarding information concerning a major terror attack on US soil. With as soon as this summer being targeted.
There is no specific date but the information is the product of intelligence gathered over time.
Security officials have also expressed concern because of some high profile events through the remainder of this year. Including the dedication of the National WWII memorial, G8 economic summit, Democratic and Republican conventions, and July 4th.
