Monster, a job listings site, has felt the bite of competitor sites into their profits, so in 2004 they plan to spend $125 million in advertising and marketing.

In addition to television, print, radio and online ad investments, Monster is planning on placing an ad in February 1st's Super Bowl XXXVIII presentation. They are also changing their tagline from "never settle", to "today's the day."
