Acording to a report published on friday, Time Warner Inc is considering selling AOL to Microsoft. Talks with executives showed Microsoft is willing to pay cash plus the assumption of debt to acquire AOL.

Time Warner lawyers are looking into possible issues such as the recent AntiTrust cases against Microsoft, stating there will be a few road blocks for Microsoft to overcome before Time Warner considers futher action.
