can anyone help me/advise me on the best way to call premium rate phone lines in the uk for free?anyone with the right info can split the profits with me on my premium rate lines 50/50

yup, pretty soon i got a way to call from a cell phone to a prn @ < prn cost.
e.g. cost = 25ppm, but u earn 50ppm off the line
