Hide a process in Windows 9x/NT/XP - 09/14/06 11:58 PM
Ever wanted to hide a process from the task manager's process list in windows NT/2000/XP/2003 and, of course, 9x/ME programmatically?
Well, the solution provided here was originally developed for visual basic 6, but it can be easily ported to other languages.
The key to this problem is the power of kernel mode drivers. Yes, i wrote a small kernel mode driver to do the dirty job.
