My Family:
I'd like to firstly thank my family... To my mother Carolyn for always being there as well as providing me with funding for my harebrained scheme's, the largest of which was used to purchase UGN Security. To Little James, without you I'd truly be nothing; Daddy loves you.


The UGN Security Staff:
I'd like to thank you all for your hard work over the years, your job is truely rough and you are definitely under paid for all of the work you have helped me with. I'd like to thank you all for helping me keep UGN Security alive and a fun place to sit and shoot the breeze. I know that we don't always see eye to eye, but somehow everything seems to work out in the long run...


IRC Staff:
I'd like to extend a personal thank you to all of the people who have made the UGN Security IRC service a reality, without you all I'd have just done away with the IRC Chat. The people who have made everything possible for a very long period of time with little thanks in the past are: SilentRage, Infinite, Sinetific, Ghost, neo, Defcon, and Phatal; thank you all for your time, patience, and most of all, maintenance on the IRC Servers where no one else was willing to help, not to mention for free ;)...

Hey, you're all why we're here; without you we might as well close up shop (it's not like I haven't threatened to do so before lol)... Thanks to your donations of funding and time we've been able to keep UGN Security out of the toilet... Thank you all for providing us with something to keep the site lively and active.

Ghost: I'd like to thank you, and your brother, for your considerable cash donation; additionally I would like to thank you for all of your time here at UGN Security assisting me in several matters.

Drak: Quite possibly one of the best friends a guy could have... Drak gave me something to do when I had absolutely nothing left... Thanks to Drak I was able to tune my coding and Linux skills in a large production environment as well as help keep my family alive with a nice little sum every month.

Highlander: I'd like to extend the largest thank you of all to my good friend Highlander who has funded numerous UGN Security projects as well as provided the funding when we where flat broke to get us back on our feet.

Neo: Ahh, a Sensai's little Lackey... Without you my friend my day would definatley have been a dull one... I'd like to thank you for all of your coding assistance and work, you've helped me expand my coding knowledge as well as provided a few laughs along the way.

Learner: What more do I need to say but murmur your name to make just about anyone start a long conversation... You've not only helped UGN Security along the way with coding assistance and knowledge, but you've also helped me along in several ways as more than a colleague, but as a friend. Also, I still stake claim to state that I was the first one to own you ;)...

Digital-Geek: The best friend the a guy could have; not just because you'll design for me for rather cheap, but you give me insight into another culture altogether. You've helped me come a long way in coding on several projects as well as helped me spark ideas and even complete a lot of personal and professional projects.

Optix, BlackBeard, and IceDog: We didn't always seem to see eye to eye, but lets be honest, without you guys UGN Security wouldn't be what it is today... You all helped keep the spark alive when no one else would...




Advertising: Contextual advertisements island ad's provided by Google Adsense.

Forum: We have always been loyal to the Ultimate Bulletin Board software for powering our forums.

News: We use a few different solutions for news, first of which has been with us for a few years now, we've used the UBB.News relay script which was created by SubZero at UBBDev. Secondly we've used the RSS Relay script which was created by Gizmo for displaying various content from both local and 3rd party locations. We are currently using an RSS Parser which just reads snippets from several of our forums.

IRC: For our IRC Server we utilize the Unreal IRC Daemon for all of our servers. For network services we've used Cygnus IRC Services. For the JavaIRC we're using the freely available PJIRC script.
