Hey, I'm new..so don't say to me im an idiot or none of that [censored]...but is there a way i can get free ringtones or something like that on my cell pohoen...or free games without having to pay for them?!

We wouldn't say anything liek that ... There are a lot of free services; but it all depends on what your provier allows.

For instance; I had AT&T which had SMS so I could get ringtones from http://www.mobilesmarts.com/ free.

Honestly it all depends on your provider, your best bet however is Google ("at&t free ringtones" or "sms ringtones" etc).
