I by accident registered my sims makin magic to a wrong email address and i cant seem to register again. I also have all the other game(not including online and delux) and i registered them ages ago and i have got a new email since than and i forget what i used as a username and password. Is there anyway i could send in my registration codes and have them delete them form being used and give me new ones?

That's something that you'd have to email the EA support and find out.
