Does anyone know how I can change a IP Address on a local machine using a VB.NET / C# Application?

There is are dos commands that lets you do this. You could use ShellExec or something to run them with the proper parameters.

In command (DOS) you can typ:
ipconfig /?

You will get help how to modify the IP adres.
