sorry to say sweetie, but you are wrong. If you are age of consent that means you are able to consent to having sexual intercourse and therefore someone older than you can not be imprisoned/punished for having sex with you. If you are married then you automatically become age of consent, of course to be married in many states below the age of consent it has to be approved by a judge.

For instance, when I was 14 and my ex was 25, if I were married to him it would have been legal to have sex with me. If I were 17 instead of 14 it would have been legal for him to have sex with me. Instead, we were not married...and I was 14 and he spent 2 months in jail and got a conditional discharge to never do it again or all of the charges from me would come back (7 charges of Rape III among other things) and he also has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
