UGN Security Forums UGN Security: Underground News Site News DNS Updates (Servers)

Due to numerous issues with MyDomain we're migrating our DNS Servers to eNom today. You may experiance some latiency issues for the next 72 hours or so but this change is for the good.

For some reason MyDomain is NOT updating any changes I tell it to, I've told it to update IRC2's IP 5 times (once each day) and it's still not updated (I can understand 72 hours but it's pointless after 5 days).

I have updated all 4 of UGN's domains to use the eNom DNS servers:
UnderGroundNews.com
UnderGroundNews.net
UnderGroundNews.org
UnderGroundNews.info

If you have any questions, feel free to respond on the forums.

also, for those of you who don't know, the domains are setup as such:
UnderGroundNews.com: Main A Records, CName for IRC's to .net.
UnderGroundNews.net: ARecords for IRC Servers, CName for main site records.
UnderGroundNews.org/info: CName for all records.

Well, I just finished all of the DNS updates (I had 23 domains to update so it took a bit).

DNS for IRC2 has propogated... Sad that it took MyDomain 5 days and they still didn't get it updated YET eNom got it done as soon as the dns changed...
