The ShortURLs and PHP accelerator on the forums are both disabled as we're waiting on word from the host that updates have concluded (As they don't function with the "virtual paths" (or jailed shell) that Ensim uses).
Drak has updated us that this should be completed by tomorrow.
9/28 Update: we're being told "tomorrow" again...
