I think the best place to find hackers is in a UNIX or LINUX forum. Or may be a Network Security Administrator Forum. I would like to know what you guys think about this. If you have some other suggestions, please share with me.

I think the government should be spending their money on real fugitives, rather than innocent and adventurous explorers.
