It is illeagle so you probably will not get much help here. However you are on the right track. Keep looking through phreaking info/sites. You will find it eventualy and someone here can explain what it is. I'm no phreak so I will leave that to others.

Cellphone Cloning is the art of taking the ESN from one cellphone and making it so that another can pull the information of the original (such as take calls, make calls, etc).

I dunno I heard a rumor that you'll work for Bagels.... but only ones from Jewish Bakeries in NYC. Cloning Cell Phones is actually pretty easy, first you need some water, various protein and amino acid compounds (Hospital Supply Store) and the cell phone you wanna clone, some Stem Cells (Embrionic are the best and cheap in Mexico) will speed up the process.

Now take a cell or two from the target cell phone, and place it in the tank of water, keeping it at about 98 degrees F with a sterile air supply. Slowly add in the Stem Cells and equal levels of protein and amino acids, keep feeding the cells the protein and amino acids for about 3 months. Soon your new phone will be spawned and it will be exactly the same as the old one, except there may be a color variation. Lighting Bolts and the ability to scream "It's alive, alive" is optional but adds to the effect.

In closing you are a moron for asking something like that, go research it on your own (hint: google works well) that way when the cops bust down your door they leave us alone.
