Review: I've had one of these laptop's for about 2 years now... I decided to put the pro's and con's down on paper finally...
Pro: Great fast support. Con: They outsource to a company who's people speak hindu, so unless you have 2 hours to wait don't bother calling in.
Pro: Fast handle time with repairs. Con: Every so often it can take 2 months, see above pro/con for finding where your hardware is...
I love this computer, don't get me wrong with the support size, I have my resolution on this monitor set to the higest possible with this graphics card and it's still picture clear...
One thing that I've definately found pointless is the cheap scissor hinge that comes standard with the computer for the keyboard. I've had to ship it in twice for repairs just for one of the keys snapping off. Once they come off and the little piece of plastic comes undone you're pretty much screwed, but I guess that's good for them since they just get more cash!
I spent $1700 for this laptop, wasn't that much for me at the time, I'm still extremely satisifed with the purchase, the laptop runs great, the only downside is their support.
