i have win2k pro and i was trying to play a game across the network, and for some ol' reason UDP (TCP/IP) wasnt working so i installed IPX on both computers and then used IPX to play... after installing it however i am not being able to upload or do certain things like send email, delete email, post in forums (btw im using a diff OS right now), etc etc...ive tried uninstalling the IPX but that doesnt help the problem.. besides how would installing IPX affect my internet like that??

IPX shoudn't effect your internet. I've only ever used it for gaming myself... If you're wanting connection sharing you should either have 2k AS or XP heh.. the only real reason i installed XP.
