BTW, you can take him to court for evasion of child support... You can easily prove that he quit JUST BECAUSE of child support and they'll deduct from his bank account... It's pretty simple, just have a lawer supena his payment records from his old job and show he got a raise and when you where prepairing to go to court he quit so he wouldn't have to pay... bye bye bank account...

well there are some records somewhere, he has to supply his account to cash any check, if his name has ever been on an account or on a check there is a paper trail, not to mention the cash is FROM a place and they have to legally keep records.

Cashing a check doesn't post to the account as it's not a deposit, but records are still kept at the bank.

if he is working, then it is under the table...but I don't think he is, because he would have deposited money in his bank account to pay his bills considering he has no car and has no other means of paying bills other that a check.

The money is somewhere, likely they have an acct together or something... cash just doesn't dissapear, it's somewhere...

Also, if it was under the counter, and you can prove it (which is rather easy) then you can also get the place of employment in trouble for assisting him in avoiding paying child support.

he has no other accounts because he owes two different banks money and with the new chexsystem no one will open an account for him, so that's out too.

B) I was with the man for 6 years, I was married to him for nearly 3...I think I know him a little better than you. He is not working. He's a lazy son of a bitch, he will not get a job until he absolutely has to. If he had money, it would be going into his account at some point. He hasn't had a car since last summer, he blows his money on stupid shit, and therefore didn't have the money to get it fixed. He lives in BFE. The ONLY way he has to pay his bills is by checks...from that account. When he has money, I will know it, because he will be depositing the money into his account to pay his bills. Lastly, he doesn't have a hoe. Didn't I ever tell you that story? The whole thing was apparently made up to make me jealous...ya see how well that worked don't ya. The emails? HE sent them. The whole "bun in the oven" thing...competely in his mind. I sent his sister an email and brought something about his pregnant girlfriend up and she is like "what are you talking about he hasn't been with ANYONE since you left him." So, I checked into it, called up his sister in law since she always liked me and her son hangs out with my ex all the time and she said the same thing.
