Damn, I made a program that simply encoded/decoded text files, but I can't find it anywhere. It was posted on the N3tcoders section of N3tmask if you can find it somewhere on the internet maybe you could use that? Otherwise search for PGP on google or something.

if your talking about encoding as in base64 etc
just goto http://www.google.com "base64 tutorials" "base64 encoding download" and hey joe what do u know you have tutorials and possible programs to do your bidding if your talking about encryption just look up ras/aes/des/blowfish in any particular order
